| Q. | What is the minimum age to become an affiliate? |
| A. | You must be at least 18 years old. |
|
|
|
|

| Q. | Do I need to have my own website? |
| A. | Yes. The HTML code that PEcash provides will pull a banner and link from our server and display it on 'your web page' or you can generate HTML code for links directly to products, stars or manufacturers so you can create your own unique web pages and advertisements. |

| Q. | Can I have more than one account? |
| A. | Yes. You can have as many accounts as you like. The only requirement is that you must use a unique email address for each. We will even attempt to combine all your checks into one payment provided that all the accounts are made payable to the same name. |

| Q. | How often do you pay? |
| A. | Monthly. Commissions are calculated
from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. Your
commissions must be a minimum of $20.00 for a check to be processed. Commission checks are mailed on the 10th of the month.
If you do not receive your check, we will not put a stop payment on the check and issue another until 30 days after payment has been issued. To request any information about the status of a commission payment, call 800-321-9858, ask for PEcash Accounts Payable. |

| Q. | Do you send mail to my customers? |
| A. | Yes. With opt-in newletters and contests, we encourage your customers to sign-up for notices of special sales and discounts. Your store name and a link to your store site is included with the newsletter to your customers. When your customers return to purchase, you're credited with the re-orders. |

| Q. | What does it cost? |
| A. | There is no fee to become a PEcash Affiliate. |
|
|

| Q. | Do I need to have my own merchant account? |
| A. | No. All PEcash Affiliate Stores already have a shopping cart, checkout process, and a merchant account. The customers credit card will be billed by "ONLINE SALES 866-538-3599". | |

| Q. | What are chargebacks? |
| A. |
Chargebacks occur for a variety of reasons. Sometimes we have to refund a customers purchase for reasons beyond our control. Examples of reasons for chargebacks include credit card fraud, purchase disputes, duplicate orders or refunds for orders taken from customers who reside in states or countries we cannot ship to. Any necessary refunds for purchases made through your Affiliate Program ID are applied to your account the day the refund occurs. |

| Q. | Can customers call and place an order over the phone? |
| A. | Sure they can. Customers are instructed
to PRINT their order and dial 866-538-3599 and speak to one of our
sales representative. Phone orders are accepted Monday thru Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm EST. Customers can fax their orders to us using our PRINT AND FAX order form. Additionally, they can PRINT AND MAIL their order to us with their credit card information. We also accept checks and money orders made payable to ONLINE SALES. Orders from first time buyers paying by check will not be shipped until the check clears, usually 15 business days. Your ID is assigned to each order that comes through your PEcash Affiliate Site, after we have received payment, we validate the order and you are credited with the order. |

| Q. | Do you send a print catalog? |

No, we do not send a print catalog
or other print advertisement with your customers orders.
